We all hit roadblocks—moments when life feels heavy, unfulfilling, or just off. Sometimes, we can’t quite put our finger on what’s wrong, but we know something needs to change. That’s where the Cleopatra Effect comes in. In my course, I guide clients through a powerful 3-step process designed to identify where you’re stuck and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Step 1: Open the Door to You

First, we open the door to your subconscious. This means becoming aware of why you are the way you are in the area where you feel stuck. To do this, we start with a simple, yet eye-opening exercise called the Wheel of Life. Imagine your life as a car wheel divided into sections—love, work, finances, health, family, and fun. Rate each from 1 to 10, honestly.

Now, imagine most areas are a 7/10, but one is at a 2/10—say, your work life. That one low score is like a flat tyre. No matter how strong the rest of the wheel is, that flat spot will eventually slow you down or cause a breakdown, probably when you least expect it. Maybe work stress starts impacting your finances, or your self-worth, which then trickles into your health, relationships, and overall happiness.

In my opinion, Step 1—Awareness—holds around 90% of the transformation, and this simple Wheel of Life exercise is the start of a magnificent journey.

Step 2: Take Out What’s Not Serving You

Once we’ve identified the area where you’re stuck, we begin to clear out what no longer serves you. This could be a limiting belief, a story you keep telling yourself, or an outdated coping mechanism. Often, the root of the issue isn’t recent—it’s something old that keeps showing up in new ways.

It’s tempting to think the solution lies in external change: a new job, relationship, or routine. But more often than not, true freedom comes from internal awareness. When you realise this pattern has been with you for years, disguised in different situations, you begin to reclaim your power.

Step 3: Put in the New

Finally, we plant new, empowering thoughts and concepts to create a stronger, more aligned version of you. This isn’t about changing your job or finding a new partner. It’s about real, internal transformation that reflects externally.

In the Cleopatra Effect course, we work together with honesty and trust to permanently reshape your wheel—and your future. Don’t wait for the breakdown. Tune into yourself now and get rolling toward the life you truly want.
